Is there a limit to how many weddings are offered through this program?
Yes. To maintain quality and consistency, the number of weddings offered through this initiative is intentionally limited.
Is the package limited to certain dates or seasons?
Yes. Availability depends on hall and vendor scheduling. Dates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing & What’s Included
What is included in the base package price?
The base package includes the venue, catering, florals, photography, video, music, chuppah setup, professional uplighting, and all standard vendor services outlined in the package overview.
Are there any additional required costs not included in the package?
Alcohol, invitations, sheva brachos, personal items, and optional upgrades are not included and should be budgeted for separately.
Are taxes, venue fees, and service charges included?
The package pricing is designed to be as all-inclusive as possible, with standard venue and vendor fees included. NY Sales Tax is not included in the cost.
Guest Count & Capacity
What guest count is included in the base package?
The package includes a base guest count of 250 adults and 25 children. This number may be divided between men and women in any way the client prefers.
What is the cost for additional guests?
Additional guests will be $50 per adult and $35 child, along with a required flat fee of $500 to the florist to cover the additional centerpieces and set up.
What is the maximum guest capacity to add to the package?
Up to 125 additional guests may be added.
Can we reduce the guest count and lower the price?
No. Pricing is based on bundled vendor commitments and does not decrease if the guest count is reduced.
Venue & Logistics
What spaces are included in the venue rental?
The venue includes all standard wedding areas, including kabbalas panim spaces, dining and dancing areas, and private rooms for the chosson and kallah.
Can we bring additional décor (draping, ceiling décor, LED screen, props), and are there limitations?
No.
Schedule & Timing
Is the wedding schedule fixed?
Yes. The Kabolas Pnim will begin at 4:45 PM, Chuppah at 6:00 PM, and the wedding will conclude at 11:00 PM. The schedule follows a structured framework to allow all vendors to work efficiently, with limited flexibility.
Who is responsible for keeping the timeline moving (family, coordinator)?
The client must follow the schedule outlined above. To that end, each package will include the option of having Mrs. Devorah Benjamin assist with the flow of the wedding – the day of. If you’d like to bring your own coordinator, you’re welcome to do so.
Can we shorten the event if we choose?
Yes. Couples may choose to end the event earlier than the standard end time.
Photography & Video
What photography and video coverage is included?
The package includes nine hours of wedding-day coverage with professional photographers and videographers, including a second photographer for six hours, along with edited galleries and videos.
What is the delivery timeline for photos and video?
Delivery timelines vary by vendor and are communicated at the time of booking.
Can we add extra hours or upgrade photography or video services?
Yes. Upgrades are available and are subject to capped pricing as outlined in the package. Upgrades must be handled directly with the vendor.
Florals & Design
What floral décor is included?
The package includes custom centerpieces for every table, a designed bedeken backdrop, and a kallah bouquet. For more information, click here.
How many tables are assumed in the base package, and how does it scale with guest count?
25 tables. Every 10 guests adds one table.
Can we bring our own décor items?
No.
Can we request a specific theme or look, and what is considered an “upgrade”?
Unfortunately, no upgrades are allowed. Please refer to the florist arrangement PDF to see the specific themes that are available.
Music & Entertainment
What music is included in the package?
The package includes professional live music suitable for the full wedding program.
How does the $2,200 cap work—what exactly is capped and what is not?
Upgrades are negotiated directly with the musicians.
Can we upgrade the music package?
Yes. Music upgrades are available within the defined pricing cap. Upgrades are negotiated directly with the musicians.
Does the package include music for kabbalas panim?

Can we bring in an outside singer/performer, and how is that coordinated?

Chuppah
What is included in the chuppah setup?
The package includes a professionally assembled chuppah structure, and setup/teardown.
Coordination (Optional)
Is wedding coordination included?
Day-of coordination is offered as an optional add-on, free of charge, and is highly recommended for a smooth experience.
Is there a separate fee for coordination, and what does it cost?

What does the coordinator handle?
The coordinator manages the timeline, vendors, and logistics on the wedding day.
Can we hire our own coordinator?

What type of meal service is included?

Booking & Payments
How do we begin the booking process?
Booking begins by submitting the form on our booking page.
What is the payment schedule?
Payments are made in scheduled installments leading up to the wedding date. A first payment of $5,000 is required at booking confirmation, and then installments are made leading up to the wedding date.
What payment methods are accepted (credit card, check, wire, Zelle)?
Zelle, ACH, wire are available. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
How is the date reserved?
A deposit is required to reserve the date.
Who do we pay?
Payments are centralized through the Keren Hachomesh platform rather than being made to individual vendors.
How do we choose between vendor options (music, florals, photo/video) and by when?
Immediately after confirming the booking you will receive a form to fill out and you will choose your vendors.
Changes & Cancellations
What happens if we need to change the wedding date?
The deposit and payments are non-refundable, however KH has some flexibility in changing the dates per our decisions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are outlined in the booking agreement and depend on timing.
What happens if a vendor becomes unavailable?
A comparable replacement vendor will be provided whenever possible.
Communication & Support
